The registration fee (Full Delegate and Students) includes: Congress material, Admission to the Scientific sessions, Exhibition and Poster area, Workshops, Coffee breaks, Welcome Cocktail, 50th Anniversary SEA Musical Performance, Cocktail and Farewell Reception.
* If registering as a student, a student ID is required to pick up your registration material.
** Accompanying person ́s fee includes: City tours (17 and 18 June), Welcome Cocktail, 50th Anniversary SEA Musical Performance, Cocktail and Farewell Reception.
*** One registration will cover presentation of one paper. Only one additional presented paper can be associated with the same registration, which will be subject to an additional fee of 100€.

BEFORE REGISTERING
1- Create an account:
You can use your private account to complete the registration process, pay or book accommodation now or in the future.
The registration form is easy and intuitive. If you have any question, please contact with internoise2019@bcocongresos.com.
2- Invoice Billing Address:
Once an invoice has been issued, the billing address cannot be modified as per local regulations. The invoices include a VAT number for internal reference. Please add the correct billing address in the registration process.
All participants are required to register online, or on-site at the registration desk at the venue.
Registration cancellation policy:
Any change or cancellation shall be notified by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat
(internoise2019@bcocongresos.com)
The amount already paid will be reimbursed for all cancellation requests submitted by 15 April 2019,
except for a 75,00 € administration fee.
For cancellation requests received after 15 April 2019, the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount paid.
Payment details:
Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), and bank transfer. For
payments by bank transfer, make sure we receive the payment within 2 weeks of completion of your
online registration. The deadline to receive payments by bank trasnfer is June 1, 2019. After this date, all
payments must be done by credit card.
Travel and Transportation:
All delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel and transportation.
Letter of Invitation:
An official Letter of Invitation to assist you in obtaining a visa and authorization to attend the Congress
will be issued ONLY after you have registered and paid the registration fees in full. Please, request it by e-
mail after confirm your registration (internoise2019@bcocongresos.com).
Delegate Badge/Security:
For security reasons, all delegates will be issued a badge onsite that is required to be worn at all times
during the Congress and at any organized functions. Badge swapping is strictly prohibited. In the event of
a lost or a forgotten badge, an administrative fee of 25,00€ will be charged for the reprint of the badge
after verification of identification (passport, driver’s license or other recognized identification paper).
Insurance & Liability:
All delegates are encouraged to obtain adequate coverage for travel, health and accidental insurance
before they depart from their respective countries. The organisers, their suppliers or agents will not be
held liable for any personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belongings to the INTER-
NOISE 2019 delegates.
